Tailored to enhance your sports performace, S&C classes are for athletes that has been training a specific sport or sports and seek for enhancing their performances.
This can be conducted in a 1:1 or group settings depending on the needs.
Our coaches have extensive experience in coaching different athletes of different sports: tennis, swimming, athletics, squash, basketball, etc.


High Intensity Athletic Training
The course is tailored for students that have been working out, but are looking to enhance athleticism.
By joining this class, you will be able to move faster with better agility; go further with endurance; better coordination; and become an better athlete overall.
Body Transformation
Our Certified Personal Trainer will help you in your transformation.
We will design suitable and sustainable training and diet plan, and results will definitely kick in. We track your body statistics and will put you through a scientifically proven way of tranformation.


Kid's Fitness
We do multi-sports & fitness training as part of kid's development programme.

Children needs to be physically active early, not only to stay healthy, but to get a head start in developing their sensory (​vision, hearing, touch, taste, smell) and social skills.
