FAQ

🌧 Weather-Related Class Policy

Q: The weather is not looking good at the moment —should I still come to class?

🅐 Yes, all classes will continue as scheduled during bad weather unless you receive an official cancellation notice.

  • Announcements will be made 1 hour before the scheduled class time, if you needed more time to transports please message Admin 97297853 to check earlier.

  • If a class is canceled before it begins, it will be rescheduled—no refunds will be provided.

  • If a class is suspended and canceled within 15 minutes of starting due to weather, it will be rescheduled without a refund.

Q: Will classes still run if Typhoon Signal No. 3 is hoisted but it's not raining?

🅐 Yes. Venue operations under the Leisure and Cultural Services Department are not affected solely by Signal No. 3. The final decision depends on safety and practicality. If rain affects playability, the coaching team will make the decision and admin team will notify players accordingly.

🎫 Package and Booking Info

Q: What's the difference between a Regular Package and a Credit Package?

🅐 Regular Package: Admin will help with booking the same class for every week.

🅐 Credit Package: Flexible to book any group classes  (except for clinics).

Q: Do I need to book classes myself after buying a Regular Package?

🅐 No, we’ll reserve your spots each week. Still, it's recommended to double-check 6 days in advance via our system.

Q: Are Regular classes held at the same time and venue every week?

🅐 We aim to keep the schedule and location consistent. If unavailable, a nearby alternative may be arranged. If a class is disrupted, you may reschedule or postpone to the next week.

Q: Is there an expiry date for Regular Packages?

🅐 Yes. Regular Packages follow a weekly class structure but include a 1-month buffer. We’ll extend the validity in case of issues like travel or weather. Please notify us in advance if you can't attend.

Q: What if I upgrade after purchasing a lower-tier Regular Package?

🅐 You can pay the difference and continue using the remaining sessions. For example, upgrading from RC250 ($350) to RC500 ($500) costs $150 extra. Flexi plan credits are usable across all classes.

Q: Can Flexi Plan or weather credits be used for private lessons or products?

🅐 No, credits apply only to group classes and cannot be used for other services or items.

Q: Can I share a package with family or friends?

🅐 Sharing isn’t allowed. Each person must have their own package, even under the same account.
